The Invoices Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all invoices made on a specific day. This page allows users to view, search, and analyze transactions at a glance. It serves as the main hub for monitoring and managing invoices records.

    • Displays a detailed list of all invoices.

    • Columns include: Products Quantity, Date, Bill Number, Customer Name, Invoice by, Payment Type, Amount Received, Balance Amount and Profit Amount

    • Users can sort and filter invoices by customer, bill number, invoice by, payment type and date.

  2. Search and Filter Options

    • Quickly locate specific invoices using advanced search and filter tools.

    • Filter by customer, bill number, invoice by, payment type and date.

  3. Export Invoices

    • Export the invoices report as a CSV file.

    • Print directly for record-keeping or sharing purposes.

  4. Print Bills

    • Generate and print detailed invoices bills directly from the list.

    • Includes all necessary details such as products name, quantity, bill number, customer name, tax, total amount, and balance amount.

    • You can print the separate bills for all invoices

    • A prominent New Invoice button redirects users to the form page for adding new invoices transactions.

The New Invoice page is designed for quick and efficient entry of invoices transactions. It features an intuitive form to capture all necessary details of a invoice, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    • Automatically calculates the separate tax amount based on products and quantity

    • Displays the sum of tax amount for calculating total amount.

  4. Calculation Assistance

    • Automatically calculates the total amount based on product count and price, loading charges, transport charges and discount.

    • You can round off the total amount by selecting increase or decrease.

    • Displays the balance amount (if any) after entering the paid amount.

    • If there is a pending amount, it will be displayed in the Pending Bills list on the Dashboard and in the customer View.

    • If you add an extra amount to the invoice, it will be recorded as a customer transaction. This extra amount will be shown as the balance amount (extra amount received from the customer) in customer view.
