Order List Table
Displays all orders in an organized table format
Columns include: Product Name, Customer Name, Date, Order Number, Order Status, Assigned Location, Payment type, Amount, Discount, Amount Received, Balance Amount and profit amount.
Allows sorting and filtering by customer name, order date, order number, and product.
Search and Filter Options
Quickly search for orders using keywords such as customer name, bill number, and product.
Apply filters to view orders by date range, payment status, and tracking status.
Order Tracking Status
View the current tracking status of each order (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Shipped, Delivered).

Navigation to New Order
A prominent New Order button redirects users to create a new order with all necessary details.
The New Order Creation page allows users to record new orders efficiently. It includes a form that captures all key details, ensuring accuracy and seamless order management.
Order Entry Form
Round Off (You can round off the total amount by selecting increase or decrease)
Use Extra amount (If selected customer have already paid an extra amount for previous sales/orders or made a transaction, that amount will be added to the extra amount. If you check this box, that amount will be used for the current order.)
Dropdowns and auto-suggestions make selecting products and customers fast and error-free.
Automatic Tax Calculation
Automatically calculates the separate tax amount based on products and quantity
Displays the sum of tax amount for calculating total amount.
Calculation Assistance
Automatically calculates the total amount based on product count and price, loading charges, transport charges and discount.
You can round off the total amount by selecting increase or decrease.
Displays the balance amount (if any) after entering the paid amount.
If there is a pending amount, it will be displayed in the Pending Bills list on the Dashboard and in the customer View.
If you add an extra amount to the order, it will be recorded as a customer transaction. This extra amount will be shown as the balance amount (extra amount received from the customer) in customer view.
