Bulk Attendance

The Bulk Attendance module lets managers mark attendance for multiple employees at once — for a single day, a full week, or an entire month. Instead of entering each employee's attendance one by one, the admin or authorized manager can record in time, out time, and attendance status for the whole team in one go. Faster, simpler, and directly linked to salary calculations.

Key Highlights of Bulk Attendance

1. Mark Attendance for Multiple Employees at Once

Instead of updating each employee individually, the admin or manager marks attendance for the entire team in a single action — saving significant time especially during busy periods.

2. Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Attendance

Bulk attendance is not limited to one day. Mark attendance for a full week or an entire month at once — ideal for employees on fixed shifts or predictable schedules.

3. In Time & Out Time Entry

Each bulk attendance entry captures the in time and out time for every employee — not just a present or absent mark. This ensures accurate working hours are recorded for salary calculation.

4. Role-Based Access

Only the admin and managers with permission granted by the admin can mark or edit bulk attendance. Attendance data stays accurate and controlled by the right people.

5. Linked to Salary

All bulk attendance entries feed directly into salary calculations — working hours, late arrivals, and overtime are all computed from the in and out times recorded in bulk.

Mark Attendance For Employees

How It Works

1. Admin or manager opens bulk attendance

The authorized user selects the date, date range — a single day, a week, or a full month — and the list of employees to mark attendance for.

2. In time and out time are entered

For each employee in the list, the manager enters the in time and out time. If a group of employees share the same shift, the times can be applied across the team quickly.

3. Attendance is saved for all employees

Once submitted, the system saves the attendance entries for every employee in the selection — all records are stored with the exact date, in time, and out time.

4. Data flows into salary

The recorded in and out times are used automatically in salary calculations — applying buffer time, late deductions, and overtime just like individually recorded attendance.

Workflow

The admin or authorized manager opens the bulk attendance screen and selects the date or date range — a single day, a week, or a full month. They then select the employees to mark attendance for and enter the in time and out time for each. Once submitted, the system saves all entries instantly — every employee's attendance is recorded with the exact date and working hours. These records feed directly into salary processing, where buffer time, late deductions, and overtime are applied automatically based on the in and out times entered. No individual entries, no manual calculations, no missed records.
